Payment Terms
These payment terms apply at both our Kampala (Bugolobi) and Entebbe schools.
Please note all prices are in Ugandan Shillings.
School fees are due by the 1st day of each month. All payments must be made before the 5th day of the month. We will not be able to provide our services if school fees are not paid.
Incase of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest of 10% per month (calculated on a daily basis).
Payments can be made in cash or by cheque drawn in the name of Kissyfur International Limited.
Bounced Cheque charges are Ugx 150,000 per cheque.
The registration fee is non-refundable. It is paid to secure a place in the school for your child.
Questions About Fees
Do fees differ between Kampala and Entebbe?
Yes. Monthly, daily and registration fees are different at each branch, as shown in the tables above.
Can my child attend half days or single days?
Yes. Both branches offer a monthly half-day option (8:00 am to 1:00 pm), and fees are listed for a single full day or half day. See the daycare and kindergarten pages for the daily routine.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No. The registration fee is paid to secure a place for your child and is non-refundable.
Is lunch included for half-day children?
Lunch for half-day children is charged separately, as shown in the "Lunch for half-day children" line of each branch's fee table.
